THIS'LL BE NIGHT 3 BLUE NOTE HAWAII

THE BLUE NOTE STAR

Maybe after this run of dates at The Blue Note Honolulu BS&T will get a STAR TABLE at one of these legendary venues around the world, NYC probably already has one at there's in Manhattan. I think it's great that these venues honor their legends with such a cool accolade, it shows the love that these venues share for the Jazz/Fusion/Rock artists who've made this genre' so popular over the decades. Very cool!

BST BROTHERHOOD

BS&T is a Brotherhood of musicians who all share a common love of music, performance and a respect for the music that this band has always stayed true to. The catalog of music is the star of the show, we are just the vessel for this iconic music and do our best every performance to stay true to the music that the fans have enjoyed for 50 years. The show is never the same, but the songs are always done the way you remember them, that's important when you're dealing with other individuals memories and experiences. These songs have a special place in our hearts as much as they do the fans in the audience, without my SPINNING WHEEL performance on Idol I'd have never scored the gig fronting this incredible band of musical brothers.

RIC SOMETIMES IN WINTER

My pal Ric Fierabracci gets MVP for last nights performance of "SOMETIMES IN WINTER". He really does a wonderful rendition of this BS&T ballad and I was so glad he had the opportunity to share this song with the crowd last night in the second set. The audience always responds to this song whenever they hear the first few horn notes and they really love the way Ric sings this very technical hit BS&T tune that the longtime fans love us to play.

BIRTHDAY BILL

Yesterday was also our Brother Bill Churchville's Birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILL!!! He and I were dressed to the nines and ready to grind. I told him we look like Twins, I'll be DeVito and he could be Schwarzenegger... He's a great fella and I love sharing the stage with him and the rest of my BS&T BROTHERHOOD

HAWAII IS MY CUP OF TEA

Hawaii is my cup of tea folks... I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I can't wait to hit the stage again tonight at The Blue Note for 2 shows 6:30pm/9pm and if you are in Honolulu please join us for our last 2 nights of shows before we head home to our families for a few days and then hit the road again for SC & Disney. The Bice family has already headed down to FL and will hit Disney before I even get back from Hawaii... Guess they don't miss the old man all that much. That mouse has such power over these kids AND CAROLINE!!!! But it's always fun to visit Disney and perform there for the generations in the audience. Plus the mouse pays me instead of the other way around like usual. It's been a long 5 weeks away from home and I can't wait to see them all, even if I have to split my tome with Mickey & Minnie.

FACETIME FAMILY

We've become a FACE-TIME FAMILY over the past several weeks I've been on the road with BS&T. As much as I miss them I know that the technology we have today gives me a way to stay present in their day to day lives and the going ons in each one of our kids lives. I always Face-time them before school and at night to say bedtime prayers, even if I have to set the alarm and wake up to do so. Caroline and those children are the light of my life and I'm grateful that we have the means to communicate day to day so they know how much Dad misses them and can't wait to share in the experiences in their lives although I'm on the other side of the planet and outta sight for so long.

RIC BO

It helps when you have friends out here on the road you can lean on like "CRAZY UNCLE RIC" (that's what the kids call him) to break up the monotony of Groundhog Day that we call work. I dig what I do for a living folks, but I LOVE MY FAMILY more than they'll ever know. Get ready kids because Dylan (SUPERMAN) and Crazy Uncle Ric will be with me when I hit Disney with the rest of our BS&T Brothers in a few days. Don't forget the sunblock!!

FIRST NIGHT AT THE BLUE NOTE

BLUE NOTE TV

Looks like that early morning TV READY SOUNDCHECK was worth the while Peeps. BS&T had a packed house at THE BLUE NOTE HONOLULU last night and we enjoyed the love the audience gave back to us all. What a treat to perform at this venue, The Blue Note is legendary and to have performed my 1st one in Hawaii takes the pineapple cake. My BS&T Brothers were on point and let it all hang out last night for this crowd of locals, tourist, even an Alabama brother was front and center giving me a ROLL TIDE and a gift for my little hula girl Merrin (a shark tooth necklace) that I'm sure she will love.

HULA GIRL

Speaking of Hula Girls... This one had her eye on me all night long when I was back stage getting ready for the show. I told her at least a dozen times that I'm not just a married man, I'm happily married and I want to keep it that way!! But she just couldn't keep her eyes off of me the whole time I was warming up the ole vocal chords and sipping on my tea, Guess I've still got it!!!

SURF STEAM

When I got to the dressing room I wasn't sure if I needed to go ahead and steam my show clothes or take the boards out and catch a few waves. Since I've never set foot on a surfboard in my entire life and I'd probably drowned in the surf waters out back of "The Outriggers" at this time of night, I decided to go for the Surf & Turf instead of the Surf & Steam. Maybe tomorrow, or the next day, or the next even. Oh we'll be headed home after that so I'll give it a miss this trip. Next time I promise Blue Noters.

WHO ME

Then I turn around and this hits me in the face. PLEASE, NO SMOKING ALLOWED OF ANY KIND!! WHOE ME?? NEVER!! There must be some other hippies that played this joint and spark up more than a stogie or two in here before we arrived. BS&T are all good boys and would never do such a thing!!

HULA LAMP

But I must have gotten a residual contact buzz from hanging out in the dressing room to long folks, it was either that or someone slipped something into my teacup when I wasn't looking because that Hula Girl that kept staring at me ended up being a lamp!! All this time I just thought she was fashionable and liked to wear hats that make a statement. I've been on the road wayyyyy tooooo long this time folks. WAYYYY TOOO LOOONG.

KEN GIOFFRE

The MVP of the night has got to be our Sax/Flute player Mr. Ken Gioffre. I've had the honor and privilege to share the stage with the best of the best over the past 13 years of my 25 year career in music, Rickey Minor and the American Idol Band, The "40 YEARS AGO TODAY BAND, and BS&T. Each person in this band of brothers are all more than talented and raise it to the next level each night we take to the stage to perform and I mean that with my heart and soul. But Ken was on FIRE last night!!! When he plays the solo in "I LOVE YOU MORE" it still brings chills to my skin even after 3+years of sharing the stage with him. When I come back on stage clapping and in full applause with the audience it's never part of the show or an act, it's very much genuine and VERY much deserved. So it's no wonder that at the end of the set an Encore is desired by the crowd.

ENCORE

Unfortunately we went over the time limit for the first show and to be honest we didn't understand what the audience was screaming at us until the second show that "HANA HOU" means "SO PLAY ON" or ENCORE!! The second show got just that a 2 song encore and they were still screaming Hana Hou!! I'm guessing by the reaction that we received from the crowd here at The Blue Note Honolulu that we were a hit and there will be more people at our shows over the next 3 nights. If you're in town and would like to enjoy a night of food, fun, music and a few of my extremely bad puns & jokes then please join us for our 6:30pm/9pm shows we have Fri/Sat/Sun before we head back to our families for 2 days off and then hit South Carolina on the 6th and Walt Disney for a week worth of shows 7th-10th of April in Florida. ALOHA & HANA HOU!!!

BS&T PRESS DAY TO PLAY

BST PRESS MORNING

What does it take to get 9 musicians to get up early on a show day to do a 10am, dressed ready for show sound check, after the band and crew were at the venue till midnight loading in and sound checking already? You tell them they'll be on TV!!! The local film crew came out to record us for the local stations here in Honolulu to spread the word on our 2 shows a night 6:30pm/9pm, 4 nights in a row Thursday-Sunday concerts in Hawaii at THE BLUE NOTE. TV gets us every time!!! We were looking sharp and not sounding flat(Little musician humor)and the taping went off without a hitch, we only had to do 2 songs. We didn't even have to do the songs twice! That's my boys BS&T, roll outta bed, fall into your stage attire, scurry onto the stage, ROCK THE PLANET WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT!!

LIFES A BEACH

Then we had some time to get back to work... UHH...WORK?? That's what I call it anyway. Otherwise Caroline won't let me go play with the other kids on the playground(LOL) Life's A Beach, then you have to get back to the real reason you came all this way around the world to perform. That's right folks, around the entire earth!! By the time I get back to ATL I will have been around the planet in 5 weeks, I never thought it was possible for me to do. Take that Phileas Fogg!! Alright so we traveled a bit different way than Mr. Fogg to cut the time in half but we were playing shows along the way, I don't remember him doing any concerts from his balloon. DO YOU??

BST POSTER BLUE NOTE

Now it's time to get down to the venue, throw on some threads and hit the down note for show 1 at 6:30pm. I hope anyone here in Hawaii will come out and join us for these shows in paradise. If you can't catch the first set, visit us for the 9pm show, there's even food for you late night eaters who like to knock back a few drinks and listen to the best Rock/Jazz/Horn band on the face of the planet. And if you can't come out tonight on such short notice, join us for one of our other shows this Thurday-Sunday at the same times, same place each night. Hope to see you there! Aloha

AUSTRALIA TO HAWAII

LAST NIGHT IN AUSTRALIA

One tear falls slowly... It's been a blast Australia!! A month in your country doesn't seem like enough. But all good things must come to an end at some point and our BS&T visa has run out so they are making us leave the country now. But not without closing it out right on our final night with a packed house at LIZOTTE'S.

BAND IN ACTION

We were on a tight stage but that didn't stop us from rocking out the folks in NEWCASTLE, AU and closing this tour out with a bang. We loved every minute of our tour and it was bitter sweet hitting those last notes of the show. I have already heard talk of venues wanting us back and you know that won't hurt my feelings a bit to have to cross the pond again for a visit to jam. Just give the word and we are there!!

AUSTRALIA DONE

What a run it was... Never the less we had to leave one paradise and head off to the next. HAWAII!! I have never been but I hear it's beautiful, lets get on another plane and fly 10hrs to see what the buzz is all about.

FLIGHT TO HAWAII

UP!!!!! FLY!!!! FLY MORE!!!! EAT A MEAL, FLY JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE!!!!!! ALMOST THERE!!!!!!!!!!

ARRIVE HAWAII

AHHH....Touchdown in Hawaii town, Honolulu to be exact. This is going to be a nice few days off to relax and recoup from burning the candle from the middle to each end since we left for Jakarta and then Australia. Well deserved and much needed for all of us I promise.

SUBMARINE HAWAII

As we were coming in for a landing into Honolulu there was a submarine escort in the harbor waiting to bring us in for a landing and I was able to snap a quick shot off before we hit the tarmac. Really, You Shouldn't Have (LOL) This is going to be a great trip!! I rested the 1st day, sat on the beach with my buddy Dustin and his wife Beth the second day and also made time to pick up some souvenirs for the family before we start our Press & Shows on Thursday at The Blue Note four nights in a row.

PAW I

Then I made the trip that I have wanted to make since I was a young boy and my Paw Bice would tell me the stories of his time in the service and about the attack at Pearl Harbor or "Hell In Paradise". He was there when this attacked happened and was one of only a few out of his battalion who made it through it alive. I always wanted to go to the place that held so many painful memories and left so many scars (some visible, other that weren't) in this man that I have always been proud to call my Paw Bice. I wanted to visit this paradise to show him that people never forgot about the sacrifices that had been made on that Dec day in 1941. I wanted to bring back pictures and a gift to give him so he could see that people don't just visit Pearl Harbor for the Sun, Fun & Food in Hawaii. They visit to remember the ones we lost and the ones who survived. Warriors like him.PEARL HARBOR

So I got you this Paw... I'll put it in the case that holds the flag that draped your casket with the 3 shell I have from the 21 gun salute you earned from your sacrifice in service and in the life you provided for all of us. Even though the pain he carried with him throughout his life was terrible he never let it change him. Through the haunting memories and physical disabilities like hearing loss, frostbitten feet from Korea, pain and ailments from wars and battles that he fought just to make it home to his wife and family, he was alway a good man and never let his past destroy his future and he taught us kids/grandkids to choose the right path in life and that's not always the easy path. "Sometimes you need a walkin' stick for the cut trail. Sometimes you need a machete to cut your own way through to your destination." But giving up was never an option...NEVER.

MA PAW TOGETHER AGAIN

Now he rests... I cannot believe that it's been over a year since he left us but I think and often speak of him on a daily basis. The greatest grace God ever place in my life (besides my wife & kids) was allowing me to spend the last seconds of his life whispering in his ear how much we love him and letting him know that it was O.K to move on. I won't say what I told him during those last minutes, that's for he and I. I'll just say that I know he was ready to go home to be with my Maw Bice and his other loved ones who were waiting on him to arrive.

My favorite saying of his was "There's 3 kinds of people in this world. The ones who WATCH THINGS HAPPEN, the ones who MAKE THINGS HAPPEN, the ones who WONDER WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!! Which one will you chose to be??"

Rest up ole buddy, I've got your watch covered and I promise not to fall asleep while I'm on duty at my post. I can't wait till we meet again Harold E. Bice, but Heaven ain't ready for the 2 of us yet, they're still getting accustom to you up there ordering everybody around. So when I do get there please be waiting at the gate, ST. Pete might not let me in otherwise... I don't have your security clearance. Aloha from "Hell In Paradise"

I LOVE & MISS YOU PAW

BOGART

TIVOLI TO TWIN TOWNS

TIVOLI

TIVOLI WAS GREAT!! MY BS&T BROTHERS AND I LOVED THE WAY THIS CROWD GOT DOWN-UNDER

TIVOLI STAGE TV

We alway enjoy playing this music to the fans who helped to make is a hit the 1st time around and now continue to keep the band on the road and touring world wide so we can continue to gain new fans 50 years after its conception. Thank you BS&T lovers!! Brisbane for hosting us and treating us like rockstars, we will be back again soon I'm almost positive.

BRISBANE

UP! UP!! AND "HOME AND AWAY"!!! That's a bit of Aussie humor folks... I'm sorry the jokes keep getting worse each post, we are so punch drunk from the road that we get a chuckle outta everything!! After flying into Coolangatta we headed straight to the next venue a few hours away in Ballina when we setup, feed up, and showed out!

BALLINA STAGE

This audience was so much fun and really played off the musicians and one another to give BS&T a night we won't soon forget. Kevin Smick caught this cool shot of us doing what we in Ballina, ROCKIN' OUT!!! We were so tired after this show that the hour and a half drive back was only interrupted by my peanut size bladder for a quick stop, everyone was sound asleep or at lease I thought they were because I sure was out like a light. All of us arrived back at Twin Towns in Coolangatta where we are set to play tonight and had the entire day to rest up and check out this lovely beachside town that we played in last time we were here.

TWIN TOWNS

I went for a walk out on the beach and also got myself a haircut at a little shop across from the hotel we are staying in. Ric, Dylan & I had lunch and ice-cream by the beach and took in the cool autumn breeze of this surfer's paradise that we've called home for the past 2 days. I like hangin' with Dylan and "CRAZY UNCLE RIC" (That's what the kids call him) because there is never a dull moment and I with 2 fellas that always have my back on stage and off. I love you brothers.

TWIN TOWNS ROOM

This room is an amazing showroom and I remember the last time we were here BS&T packed them out and put on an amazing show for this crowd of young folks new to BS&T and the lifelong BS&T loyal followers who packed them in and also requested us back again.... So here we are Coolangatta!

TWIN TOWNS POSTER

The soundcheck is done, dinner has been had, now it's off to the stage to give these BS&T fans what they've waited 18 months for, the show of a lifetime! I can't wait to share the pictures and stories of what tomorrow bring Peeps. We only have 3 more shows and it's off to Hawaii for even more sun, fun, and some shaking buns. I hope you all back home are having as much fun reading the post and seeing the picture of our return trip to Australia and the groovy Jakarta trip that brought us to this side of the planet in the first place. Tune in for more stories from the road on BoBice.com!

BS&T AREN'T ASHEEP AT THE WHEEL CANBERRA

CANBERRA

BS&T was in Canberra last night for another show in Australia. We are nearing the end of this run and only have one week and 5 shows left before we head to Hawaii for a week to perform at The Blue Note 4 nights in a row for our Polynesian Pals in Paradise. It has been a fun time on this trip to Jakarta/Australia, the month has flown by (MUCH LIKE US) and I can't believe it's almost over. I'll enjoy every hour we have left here and won't be...

CANBERRA SHEEPISH

Sheepish about sharing my photos and posts with all you Peeps on BoBice.com (LOL). These puns aren't easy to come up with, I stay up late thinking of new ones. You could sure enough get some major chops outta this fella we saw at the rest stop on the way into Canberra that we took a minute to stretch our legs at. This sheep was HUGE!! I'm not sure why they built a massive Sheep on the side of the road out in the middle of nowhere, but I'm glad they did because it made one heck of a photo opp for us tourists headed to the next venue in Australia's capital of Canberra.

CANBERRA PARLIAMENT

BIG BEN AND PARLIAMENT KIDS!! We didn't get close enough to get a good photo but I was able to snap a quick one as we negotiated the roundabout headed to the venue "THE SOUTHERN CROSS" where we were set to give the crowd a night of music and fun that they've never experienced before in their lives. And my BS&T brothers didn't let them down one bit!!

CANBERRA STAGE SHOT

Dillion Kondor does a great rendition of his grandmothers (Carole King) song Hi-De-Ho. Dillion not only plays the heck outta the guitar but he also sing awesome too! It's nice to be able to watch other performers like Dillion and Ric (who does SOMETIMES IN WINTER) while seeing the look on the audiences faces as they drift away into the music that has been a part of their life's story. I see the reaction that these songs have on the crowd each night as I sing them, and sometime I get serenaded by the crowd too!! That's one of my favorite parts of this gig is seeing how the emotion runs through the people who come out to watch us perform the songs that have been the soundtrack of their lives. It has been a special experience for me to be a part of this band over the last 3+ years, I have loved every moment of it and I'm blessed to have been a small part of this historically iconic Rock/Jazz/Fusion horn band that has kept the fans captivated over 5 decades. Thanks to all the BS&T fans for welcoming me into the fold and to all my BO PEEPS who have showed up to pay homage to both BB/BS&T.

CANBERRA AIRPORT

Then it's off to the next town to do it all again!! WASH, RINSE, REPEAT....Just another day at work I guess folks. We landed in Brisbane a few hours ago and we are at soundcheck set to test the mixes for tonights show at THE TIVOLI. LET'S DO THIS!!

THE ONES WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN

EVAN THEATRE

Saturday we played at The Evan Theatre in Penrith. The crowd was great as usual, the show was fun for all and the local staff and our hard working BS&T crew worked their tails off to make us musicians look like a million bucks!! This post is for the unsung heroes who do the dirty work so our job always looks easy every time we hit the stage.

DUSTIN BOARD SHOT

Dustin runs the monitor board on stage that all the musicians use for reference. He makes sure that both our in-ear and floor monitors are to each of our liking so that we can hear ourselves and the other band members during the show every night. Sometimes the equipment is old as the dinosaurs and other times it's so hi-tech that the bells and whistles can look like a video game more than a piece of sound equipment. That means he has to be able to go from Fred Flintstone one night to Capt. Kirk controlling the starship enterprise the next night and make each show seamless for us on stage so we can do our job without any hiccups. Thanks Dustin for all you do buddy.

Kevin (Little Smick) is the stage manager who along with carrying gear makes sure that our towels, water, set-lists, ect. are all on stage and in the designated places so that we are all happy and have consistent placement for our show needs. Great work Kev!

SMICK BOARD SHOT

Mr. Smick is the Tour Manager/Front Of House for BS&T. His job is to baby-sit a bunch of full grown men out here on the road while making us all sound good for the venue, promoter, buyer, management and the audience every night. He's been with BS&T for 30+ years and is a special part of my journey over my 3+ years with the group. I lovingly call him Smickles or D.A. (Designated Adult) because he makes us sound great each night but he also advances the shows months before we ever leave our families and take to the road/sky to perform. U Rockith Smickles!!

MEDIA POSTER

While the band rested up for a few days and got some well deserved R&R. Some of us had to work on our day off though! WORK? (LOL) Our Publicist Tatiana had us up at 6am to do press between 7-2pm for the last week of shows here on the east coast of Australia before heading to Hawaii. Dylan, Larry & I took to the airwaves to tell everyone we could about the upcoming shows and meet as many folks as we could that have promoted us before we arrived. She was also the one in charge of the PR on our last trip to Australia 18 months ago when we made our way over to show our Aussie fans that BB/BS&T are still going strong and love to visit this beautiful country. She has been a sweetheart and helped us to put butts in the seat with media/press/interviews for our tours here in Aussieland. Thanks for your hard work young lady and thank you to all of the stations/radio personalities/news outlets who let us come in and chat with them about BS&T being here again to ROCK THE ROOS AGAIN. You're the best Tat!!

There are many people in the business who work behind the scene to make the tour a success so that we can stand on stage and get the applause each night. Many times they don't get a thank you from the audience for their exhausting job, sometimes even us band members forget and take for granted the fact that without them the shimmer can't become the shine. I always try to give them a shout out from the stage each night, but I really wanted all of you on the other-side of the music to have an understanding of how important their job is to our success as a group. We musicians are a "carnival of fools surrounded by jewels", I'm proud of each person who gives it their all so we can play rockstar for 90 minutes a night to the fans of this incredible music that BS&T is keeping alive. Us musicians always play every show for free, we just get paid well to travel and be away from our famlies. The crew is as much a part of this circus as the clowns on stage and we love them for what they do to keep us safe, happy and get us back home to our everyday lives that we love as much as our road family.

In case I didn't say it already today... THANK YOU! Without all of you this band doesn't have a gig and we are grateful for every one of you. I mean that sincerely.

Cheers to all!

BB

AUSTRALIA IS HOPPIN'

KANGAROO

Australia is a HOPPIN' country Peeps!! When we were in Perth there was time to visit a wildlife Sanctuary that was absolutley incredible. It was a treat to see these amazing animals in their natural habitat and to be able to get up close and personal with the native creatures that are normally so reclusive and only active around dusk & dawn. COOLNESS!!! I'll post more pics later when I have more time... That's not today though.

FLIGHT TO SYDNEY

After flying into Sydney yesterday we hit the road to perform @ The Juniors in our "home town". When we were here 18 months ago Sydney was our home base for travel on the east coast, it felt like home when we landed and checked into our hotel in Potts Point. These are BS&T's stomping grounds and we all enjoy the location, it's just 5-10 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) to all the shops and attractions that this fast pace city has to offer. I won't bore you with the usual shots of the Opera House & Skyline...FullSizeRender

Awe Shucks, I couldn't resist throwing out a shot from my hotel room that has a killer view of the city we are calling home for the rest of the week till we head off to Brisbane and on to the next gig.

DARLING HARBOR

I got out and walk-about to visit Darling Harbor for a bit of lunch and reminiscing. There is so much to do here and you could never fit all there is in one trip folks. I have my favorite food spots, hangouts and chill places that I always enjoy poppin' by, the harbor is one of them because there is a massive collection of old and new ships & submarines to take a glance at. The history of this city is rich in culture and makes you realize how young we are as a nation. I'm glad we have some down time after tonights show to recharge and recoup from the travel and shows over the past several weeks in Sydney so I can catch up on R&R and pick up gifts for everyone back in the states.

BST SYDNEY

The Juniors crowd treated BS&T right last night in Sydney and we will be playing right outside of town tonight for another packed Aussie house. I hope they can live up to the audience last night though, they were loving the music and players and gave back to us generously. This picture was taken by our keyboard player Adam Klipple's cousin who came out to support her family and his BS&T bandmates, a giant thank you to Melissa Gock for joining us and for letting me use her killer pic of us in action doing what we do best... PEEL BACK FACES WITH THAT GOOD OLE ROCK/JAZZ & ROLL!! CHEER MELISSA

Now I'm off to sound check for another round of facial peeling and Rock & Roll dealing. Check back in daily @ bobice.com to see even more of my road journey with BS&T on out tour of Jakarta/Australia/Hawaii.

ROCKING FROM ADLAIDE TO MELBOURNE

BURNING UP THE BIKE

I took time off at the 1st of the year and missed the 2 week Florida tour because of my reoccurring stomach issues. I've been taking the Dr's prescriptions as directed, not just the medications but the advice to get a handle on my diet, lower my stress levels and get plenty of excersize. I thought the belly problems would be the thing that took me out, it might be the dawg gone excersize!!! 30 minutes on the elliptical bike then 30 minutes of Yoga every day is wearing me out, I do feel much better than I did a month ago though and Caroline might be pleased with some of the changes I'm making in spirit, body & mind...O.K. we all know ya can't fix CRAZY but 2 outta 3 ain't bad!!! Seriously though, I'm feeling better than I have in years and it's making a big difference in my life already.

THE GOV ADELAIDE

We played a really cool venue called THE GOV in Adelaide the other night and the crowd we so gracious and gave back as much as we were giving from the stage. There was one lady who got up out of her seat and approached the stage 3 times and took hold of my hand, looked right into my eyes and said "You're all so lovely, I've loved BS&T my entire life and this is the best night I have ever had!!" That is such a complement to all of us in the band who love this music as much as all of you on the other side of the stage, because there has been so many Alumni of BS&T for a lifelong fan of this band to considered me and our band family in such high regards is a very special complement. I feel that my short time in this group has helped me become a better performer, vocalist and overall person. I'm grateful that I've had a chance to become an Alumni of 2 of the most iconic American powerhouses of music and television, not to mention enjoying a solo career that has introduced me to so many friends, fans & music lovers. It's very humbling to say the least, THANK YOU ALL!!!

FLIGHT TO MELBOURNE

Then off to the next town to do it all over again one more time. What spectacular views everywhere you look here in Aussieland! I have had a hard time keeping memory cleared from my iPhone to be able to take in all the beauty of this country, guess it's time to upgrade my Dropbox again.

INTERVIEW TIME

Once we arrived in Melbourne it was time to get to work doing interviews and press for the show tonight at The Palms @ Crown. I always love talking to the local interviewers and spreading the word about where you can catch the best show in town while you have the chance! Thanks for letting us pop in Dennis, we appreciate you giving Larry and I the mic to gab with you about the past, present and future of BS&T.

SOUNDCHECK THE PALMS THE CROWN

Now my BS&T brothers and I are about to give these folks at The Palms @ Crown in Melbourne a show to talk about till we return for a 3rd time to visit this incredible country in a year or 2. I've enjoyed myself so much these past 2 times that I might just make the move over to Australia after I retire and decide what I want to do when I grow up.... Maybe a COFFEE SHOP MUSIC VENUE!!! BO'S JOE?

ROCKIN FROM JAKARTA TO AUSTRALIA

BS&T rocked the JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2 nights in a row and left it all on the stage for our friends in Indonesia. It was an honor to perform for such and incredible group of music lovers who are half the world away from where this band began and they show the same love for this music as our friends back state-side. BS&T has provided many firsts for me in my 3 years as part of the band and Jakarta was one of the coolest!! I LOVE MY JOB.

BST JAKARTA NIGHT 1

The first night was amazing, we really let'em have it folks. They were all about these BS&T players in JAKARTA!!

BST JAKARTA NIGHT 2

Night two was another killer performance from my brothers and I. I've said it time and time again that you never want to be the weak link in this musical chain of insane musicians. Never since American Idol have I been lucky enough to share the stage with such incredible performers, who I happen to love & respect as much off stage as on.

ELLIOT BB
