HOTness!!
Friday, October 3, 2008 - 8:36 pm - KKat
As exhausted as he was, Bo's voice sounded magnificent, and he looked hotter to my naked eye than any camera lens could possibly capture! Wow! He wore "Teh Hat" (gift from fans) and the buttery-soft leather jacket he wore when he sang "Vehicle" on Idol... more than I could have hoped for! Despite the fact that my camera was malfunctioning all night, I was very lucky to capture quite a few pictures. I'll let my pictures speak for themselves...

It was great to see that there were a lot of new Bo fans there. A highlight of the concert was when beautiful little Willow got a pick from Bo.

Although this was my 15th time seeing Bo perform live, it was my first time experiencing this configuration of his band (little did I know that it would be the last time all these guys would play together!). They sounded even more awesome in person than in videos!

After the show, I finally got to meet Bart, Luis, and Jon. Sweet guys! They told me that Bo was exhausted and wanted to head right back to Nashville, and that Tommy had left right after the show to see some of his relatives in the area. I was disappointed that I didn't get to speak with Bo or Tommy this time, but I understood why that was not possible. I had no idea that it would be Tommy's last time playing keyboard for Bo, and Jon's last time playing drums with that band!

What I can't get over is that this little bar in Wisconsin got not one, but TWO big acts to come play. Big ole stage in the middle of a baseball field. Oh what a night. One thing, though. Bo's voice was overpowered by the instrumentation. Mixer man, dial her back a little.
