In fact, I had been looking forward to it for so long & then I had to miss it. My "better half" woke up that morning with an elbow that resembled a creature from outer space. It was so swollen it was pathetic + inflamed. He said it hurt him so badly that all he wanted to do was lie around. No energy + a constant pain, but he didn't decide he needed to go to the ER 'til a bit before American Idol came on.

When we arrived at the ER, I believe American Idol had been on for about 10 minutes. Only a co-worker of mine was waiting, so I got up & changed the channel to Fox & filled out the paperwork for my husband as he was moaning & groaning. When I turned in the paperwork with Frank's insurance card, still no sign of Bo. I just knew we'd be there for the entire hour, so I wasn't worried at all.

After about a 20 minute wait, Frank jumped up as if he had been cured, & asked for his insurance card back telling her that the chairs were uncomfortable & he wasn't going to wait any longer. Unfortunately, when we got back home all I was able to see was the bottom 3, Dolly Parton perform but no Bo.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed...but if I hadn't taken my husband to the ER & something bad had been wrong...I would have never forgiven myself.

P.S. - We still don't know what happened to his elbow, but it is much better. It could possibly be tennis elbow!

Wow, what a great interview, shows just what kind of person you are Bo, where your priorities are and how much you love your family and your music, hope you get to come some where near KY soon!

I missed you on the tour in Aug. top 10 in GB,WI but you were so great to come back in March. Caught you then. Since moved to Dallas can't wait to see and hear you again!!!! --andi

I just wish they would get smart over at AI and have Bo perform live on the show. His talent is sorely needed on that show!
